Christmas Jumper Day here at Gaia is always a favourite for staff to get involved.
Christmas Jumper Day is an initiative by the Save the Children charity to raise vital funds for projects across the world helping children. When children in the UK and around the world are well-fed, healthy and learning, we all have more reasons to smile. Together we power possible. In over 100 countries, we support children to transform their lives. We’ve been working for a fairer world for a century. Discover the values, history and people that make us who we are.
Over 100 years ago, the founder Eglantyne Jebb imagined a better world for children. Today, children’s potential to to change the world is at the heart of the charities global movement.
It’s behind everything we say and do – as reflected in their strategy.
With a worldwide staff of around 24,000, we’re working to change the future for good. Their UK leadership shapes their goals and ensures they achieve them, and is held accountable by their board of trustees.
Their incredible volunteers run 120 shops, organise 300 local fundraising branches & put on amazing events around Britain.
And are working for a better world with celebrities, corporate partners, trusts and institutions. Together they can do so much more than acting alone.
