Gaia underfloor heating ensures a warm welcome
Gaia’s electric underfloor heating system has been chosen by prestige developer, Berkeley Homes, to heat apartments in a new canalside development in Worcester. The systems have been installed in two buildings that make up the latest phase of The Waterside, Berkeley’s redevelopment of the historic Royal Worcester Porcelain Works near the centre of the city.
With views over the Worcester and Birmingham Canal, the buildings – Armstrong House and Chamberlain House – offer stylish living in luxurious surroundings, with one, two and three-bedroom apartments all heated with Gaia’s electric underfloor system. Providing a comfortable, even heat and avoiding the need for wall-mounted radiators that can complicate room layouts and furnishings.
Having installed a multi-zone thermostatic control gives the occupiers finger-tip control of the temperature in every room, ensuring the optimum comfort all year round.
